No Bake Chocolate Bites

Hey babes! I hope you are all having a fantastic week! As much as I like to cook, I am not the biggest fan of baking! The process always seems daunting and messy! I also suck at measurements,  haha! When I realized you could make a treat that didn't require baking, girl I was all over that like hot fudge on a sundae - okayyy!

You will begin to realize I am obsessed with chocolate, so this recipe is great for my fellow chocolate lovers. These also are great snacks for kids! My 9 year old loves when I make them.
Ok get ready for one of the easiest recipes I will ever post! You ready...

No Bake Chocolate Bites
Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats
1 cup softened dates
1/2 cup cacao powder
1 tbsp chia seeds

Directions

1. Place dates in a food processor. Pulse until it turns into a sticky mixture.
2. Add remaining ingredients. Roll into bite sized balls. Place on parchment paper. Pop them in the freezer for 15 minutes, or enjoy right then.

Sound Off! What is your go to snack? Have you made any no bake treats? Come chat with me down in the comments below. I'd love to hear from you!
