It's Fitness Friday! Last week we spoke about many of the foods we eat, that could be keeping us from out weight loss goals! Today is all about how to prepare a healthy breakfast in under 15 minutes, that will blast that fat into outer space!
Mornings are often times when most people skip a meal, because they may not have enough time to prepare one, or because they think skipping a meal will help them lose more weight! WRONG! Skipping meals is the worse thing you can do for your diet.
Eating fewer meals can actually add body fat vs taking it off. Have you ever noticed, when you skip a meal, once you do eat you devour the food in minutes, and you have probably made a poor choice on what to eat?
You know what they say "Breakfast is the most important meal of the day". I find when I eat a great breakfast in the morning, I snack less during the day, and find I am full of energy, which I can put into my afternoon workout. Your Breakfast should consist of a balance of proteins, carbs and fats (MACROS), giving you the maximum energy you need, without leaving you over-stuffed.
So get rid of the excuses you have for not eating breakfast, and try these 3 low-cal healthy meals to kick start your day and shed those unwanted pounds!
