I know a lot of us are super busy, and barely have a moment to breathe - let alone workout. For those who want a quick pick me up during the day, or a quick workout to begin your morning this is for you! Here's a quick full body workout that can be done at home. This will only take 20 minutes and involves no equipment.


At Home 20 Minute Workout Using No Equipment 

30 Jumpjacks 

20 Lunges
10 Squats 
10 Crunches
25 High Knees
5 Push Ups
30 Second Plank

*Repeat 3 x with a 10 sec break after each full set!
